Need help on choosing a cheap decent ring flash for my camera.? - bower camera adapter

I have a Canon Kiss Digital X, this corresponds to a 400D, but still, instant messaging, searching for a ring flash. Decent flash. i dont have the money to buy a Canon MR-14EX Macro Ring Lite Flash certainly more so in view of the arbor or the fee for 3 ml Ive read some reviews, but so far, Im not to buy where. Anyone who has experience with these flashes or other suggestions?
