Dry Mouth More Condition_symptoms Running Question, Does Your Mouth Dry Out More Quickly Because Of The Heat Or Because You're Dehydrated?

Running question, does your mouth dry out more quickly because of the heat or because you're dehydrated? - dry mouth more condition_symptoms

When running in the summer for a few days, your mouth dries very quickly, while others are used to dry almost as quickly. Do you have to do with the heat (there is a coherent range of heat in the summer), or hydrated as you are?

I think for me, because his breathing technique. In the distance is slow and sometimes other breeds can mouth closed and breathe through the nose, moderate, that you can produce saliva and moisten your mouth. but at intervals of high intensity and races in which I always through the mouth dries the air to breathe, to spread through the mouth. I do not know if that helps at all, but I think the source of my dry mouth

I get hydrated with water throughout the day, but on a hot day permanently dry mouth. I think there is a certain logic in that dry heat is you. I guess that's why people carry a water bottle with him, but I can not drink water during the race, when I point and take the lesser evil and get a glass of water to drink when you go home and when I I am doing in the shadow point, I can go.

Yes, keep your mouth but when using moisture. The more you're hydrated, you will have more saliva in your mouth when you close it. Try to get into the early morning hours and avoid the hottest hours of the day.

Well, it really suffers from the mouth of cotton. It is a mixture of heat and dehydration. Finally, make sure you drink enough water during hot weather. Dry mouth is one of the first signs of dehydration and even heat stroke. And once you have your hard work again! Good luck!
