Interesting question. In short, I think people are afraid of women have the power, and have always been afraid. And women are often afraid of women who use their power. This fear protects a patriarchal society, and many, many, many companies operate in this manner.
You do not know what happened to the people. People tend to abuse power in all its forms. Certainly not see, sex as a panacea, but the false modesty of the sexual pleasure of women, and casual sex for men and women are very sketchy.
